Green Star Office Development, Neil Street Office Complex

Design has been completed for what will be the first Green Star Rated Office Building in Toowoomba.
The building has been designed as an integrated, whole building project to achieve a 4 Star Green Star Certified Rating as defined by the Green Building Council of Australia.
Green Star covers a number of categories that assess the environmental impact that is a direct consequence of a projects site selection, design, construction and maintenance. These include management, indoor environment quality, energy, transport, water, materials, land use & ecology, emissions and innovation
Ashburner's Role
Ashburner Francis has carried out the required energy assessments using computer simulation, and designed the electrical, mechanical and fire protection systems for the building.
